How to submit photos for your virtual consultation

  1. Take photos like the five pictured below.
  2. Include the following information in a text to 901-843-2483:

  • Name of Patient

  • Date of Birth

  • Question or Comment About Your Smile

  • Five photos of teeth (front, left, right, top and bottom)

Use your phone to take the images below. It may help to have a friend or family member take the pictures so you can move your cheeks out of the way to get the best shot. Try and get as close as you can while still showing the entire mouth in focus.
